1. SOLUTION!My bike experienced this after a couple months of being completely silent. The solution actually comes from slightly loosening the front two bolts at the base of the "fork" of the frame (right next to the center of the flywheel). You have to remove the plastic flywheel cover to get to the right-side bolt. It's a really easy fix...takes ~15 min total. It's weird because the noise doesn't come from there...it comes from the pedals. I contacted customer service and after sending a video was told my bearings were bad and replacement bearings would be sent (never received them). Anyway, there's really nothing wrong with the bike....just a matter of loosening those 2 bolts and the noise immediately goes away!
