I do not think the pod in the headband keeps the exercise data and stores it passes it onto the Spree app. I have never exercised with out the app and Iphone connected. The only way to delete it there is to is to delete the app from the phone and re-download it from Itunes or where ever you got it. The folks at Spree tell me they are working on an updated app that will allow maintenance like that and correct a few bugs.
