  1. No telling for sure, but it did not appear to be whatsoever. It would tell me I consumed calories and nutrients while I slept or times of day that I wasn’t eating. It was in way accurate in the counts for the day but the company said it was probably good stores being used by the body and that’s what it counted. This thing also had me at a negative basil metabolic rate of over -1000. This thing did not even monitor pulse correctly half the time nor while exercising. Hope this helps.
